Quality Foundation Work
FOOTER AND BLOCK is the foundation choice if you are planning a raised floor with a crawl space. This type of foundation is also used for raised porches which are then backfilled and then finished with a concrete slab. A footer and block foundation also provides better flexibility when building on a sloping site.
Monolithic slabs take their name from their one-pour design, being cast in place as one single component. “Mono slabs” are well suited for many different types of buildings and are a common construction method in our area. Mono slabs can be more economical than the traditional footer and block foundation because they get your project ready to build in less time.
